Account deletion

Leave no loose ends.

You can permanently delete your Roundline account inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, request deletion here by email.

Delete inside Roundline

    Open Menu

    Make sure you are signed into the permanent account you want to delete.

    Choose Delete Account

    Roundline displays the permanent-deletion warning and affected information.

    Type DELETE and confirm

    Your authenticated deletion request is processed immediately by the account service.

02No app access

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address registered to your Roundline account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

Your account and associated Roundline data.

Deleted with the account

  • Authentication identity and profile
  • Friendship records and avatar files
  • User-owned courses and saved round history
  • Bug reports and game memberships
Anonymized

Shared records others rely on

  • A shared game may transfer to another member
  • Another golfer's saved card may keep the score
  • Your identity is replaced with "Deleted golfer"
  • Provider security logs or backups may expire separately

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Deleting the mobile app alone does not delete your account.
